1. Eligibility & Driver Documents

  1. Minimum age
    • Standard & luxury vehicles: 21+ years
    • Supercars / high-performance categories: 25+ years.
  2. Driver’s licence
    • UAE Residents: valid UAE driving licence + Emirates ID.
    • Visitors/Tourists: valid home-country licence and an International Driving Permit (IDP) if the licence is not in English or Arabic, or if required under UAE regulations. Passport and entry stamp/visa page are required.
  3. Additional drivers must meet the same criteria and be named on the rental agreement before driving the vehicle.
  4. KYC / Verification: we may request passport/Emirates ID copies, selfie/face-match verification, and anti-fraud screening prior to release.

2. Booking, Contract Formation & Electronic Signatures

  1. Process: request/quote → booking confirmation (may include prepayment or card pre-authorization) → document verification → vehicle handover & digital acceptance (inspection report).
  2. Electronic records & signatures are valid and binding for the purposes of these Terms and the rental agreement.
  3. We may decline or cancel a booking at our discretion (e.g., failed verification, misuse risk, payment issues). Any paid amounts are then handled under the Cancellation & Refunds clause.

3. Prices, Currency & Taxes

  1. Currency: all prices are in AED
  2. VAT: +5% VAT added at checkout unless explicitly stated as VAT-inclusive.
  3. What rates include: a daily mileage allowance (see §7), standard insurance as per §10, and free delivery & collection within Dubai (see §6).
  4. What rates exclude: Salik tolls, traffic fines, damage/repair costs, optional coverages, extra drivers, fuel charges, cleaning/valeting, excess mileage, out-of-Dubai delivery/collection, airport services, and other add-ons requested by you.

4. Security Deposit / Pre-Authorization

  1. Deposit amount: depends on driver profile and vehicle category. Indicative ranges:
    • Standard/Luxury: AED 2,500 – 5,000
    • Supercars: AED 5,000 – 10,000
    • Certain promotions/vehicles may be no-deposit for qualified renters; your booking summary prevails.
  2. Method: card pre-authorization or refundable charge.
  3. Release: deposits are typically released ~14 days after vehicle return (bank/PSP processing times apply), subject to pending traffic fines, Salik, damage assessments, and incident closure.

5. Payments

  1. When due: full rental charges are payable before or at handover. Extensions must be paid in advance.
  2. Methods: major payment cards; bank transfers may be accepted for prepayments. Cash is at our discretion.
  3. Chargebacks/failed payments: you authorize us to collect any outstanding amounts (fines, Salik, damages, cleaning, late fees) from your payment method or deposit.

6. Delivery & Collection

  1. Dubai: free delivery & collection across Dubai within normal hours.
  2. Airports / off-hours: a handling fee may apply (shown in your booking).
  3. Other Emirates: subject to availability; delivery/collection fee from AED 200 each way depending on distance.

7. Mileage & Fuel

  1. Daily mileage: 250 km per rental day (unused km do not roll over).
  2. Excess mileage:
    • Standard/Luxury: AED 5 per km
    • Supercars: AED 10 per km
  3. el policy: Full-to-full. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, we charge the fuel difference at pump rate + AED 50 service fee.

8. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

  1. Territory: UAE only. Cross-border travel is not permitted.
  2. Prohibited uses (strictly forbidden):
    • Smoking in the vehicle (including vapes).
    • Drifting, racing, time trials, reckless or off-road driving (including desert/sand).
    • Towing, carrying hazardous materials, or commercial passenger transport (ride-hailing).
    • Use by anyone not named as a driver on the agreement; further lending or sub-rental.
  3. Care of vehicle: keep the car locked, use correct fuel, follow traffic laws, and report any warning lights or issues immediately.

9. Condition, Inspections & Return

  1. Handover inspection: an inspection report (photos/video) documents the vehicle’s condition at pickup.
  2. Return inspection: damage not recorded at pickup may be charged to you (see §10).
  3. Cleanliness: fair wear/tear is expected. Extra cleaning/valeting applies for stains, sand, spills, odors, pet hair, etc.:
    • Standard valeting from AED 250
    • Ozone/odor removal (e.g., smoking) AED 1,000
    • Severe/biohazard cleaning AED 1,000 – 2,000
  4. Keys & accessories: lost/damaged keys charged at actual replacement cost + AED 150 admin. Missing accessories (plate holders, documents, toll tag, chargers, child seats) are chargeable at cost.

10. Insurance, Damage & Accidents

  1. Cover: rentals include standard insurance (third-party liability and basic collision damage waiver) subject to an excess (“deductible”) stated in your booking/rental agreement.
  2. Excess / Deductible (indicative):
    • Standard/Luxury: typically AED 3,000 – 5,000
    • Supercars: typically AED 7,500 – 15,000
    • Exact amounts vary by vehicle/insurer and are shown in your booking.
  3. Optional Excess Reduction (CDW/SCDW): if offered for your car, you may purchase it to reduce the excess. Exclusions still apply (see below).
  4. Police report is mandatory for any accident, collision, vandalism, theft, or unknown damage. Without a valid police report, you are liable for all costs, and optional coverages may be void.
  5. Exclusions (insurance may not cover): driving under the influence; drifting/racing/reckless driving; off-road use; unauthorized driver; hit-and-run / failing to obtain a police report; key inside the car with theft; misuse/neglect; using the wrong fuel; damage from illegal acts; tyres/wheels/glass unless specified by your policy.
  6. Procedure in an incident: ensure safety, call 999 (police), obtain a green/red police report, contact us immediately, and follow our guidance for recovery and repairs.
  7. Loss of use: if damage renders the vehicle unavailable, we may charge a daily loss-of-use fee not exceeding the daily rental rate, for the period reasonably required for repair/assessment.

11. Breakdowns, Roadside Assistance & Replacement Vehicles

  1. Roadside assistance is included for mechanical failures not caused by misuse.
  2. Replacement car: subject to availability and the cause of breakdown. If the failure results from misuse/driver negligence, towing and recovery are chargeable and no replacement may be provided.
  3. Tyres/windscreens: punctures, wheel damage, or glass chips/cracks are charged unless covered by your specific policy.

12. Extensions, Late Returns & No-Shows

  1. Extensions must be requested before your end time and are subject to availability and rate changes.
  2. Late return: 30-minute grace; thereafter 10% of the daily rate per hour, capped at one (1) extra day.
  3. No-show (failure to appear or provide required documents within 60 minutes of the scheduled handover): we may treat the booking as cancelled and charge up to one (1) rental day plus delivery costs incurred.

13. Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  2. Within 48 hours: one (1) rental day charged (or the actual booking amount if shorter) plus any non-recoverable third-party costs.
  3. After handover / early return: unused days are non-refundable once the vehicle has been delivered, unless required by law.
  4. Force majeure: if events beyond reasonable control prevent service (severe weather, government restrictions, major incidents), we may offer rebooking/credit at our discretion.

14. Tolls (Salik), Traffic Fines & Admin Fees

  1. Salik tolls: recharged at actual cost (currently AED 4 per gate) + AED 5 processing per rental day to cover retrieval and settlement.
  2. Traffic fines / parking violations: recharged at actual authority amount + AED 50 admin per fine. Notifications may arrive after your return; you authorize post-charges to your payment method or deposit.
  3. Accident processing (if caused by renter fault): actual cost + AED 150 admin for paperwork and recovery arrangements.

15. Theft, Loss & Confiscation

  1. You must immediately report theft or suspected theft to the police and to us. Failure to obtain a police report makes you liable for all resulting losses.
  2. If the vehicle is impounded due to your actions, you are responsible for all related costs and rental charges during the impound period.

16. Data Protection

  1. We process personal data to perform the rental, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
  2. See our Privacy Policy for details on purposes, lawful bases, retention, and your rights.
  3. Where legally required, records may be shared with authorities (e.g., traffic/police).

17. Liability & Indemnity

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct losses up to the amount paid for the rental in question, excluding: loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect/consequential damages.
  2. You agree to indemnify us against claims from third parties arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the vehicle.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules of consumer protection.

20. Miscellaneous

  1. Entire agreement: these Terms, your booking confirmation, and the signed rental agreement form the entire agreement.
  2. Severability: if any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
  3. No waiver: a failure to enforce is not a waiver.
  4. Updates: we may update these Terms; the online version applies at the time of booking/handover.
